Abhi Arora
My entrepreneurial interests started at an early age in India, where I saw my father build a small construction business, managing daily wage laborers and blue-collar workers. Seeing my father dedicate his life to his business to support our family inspires me to follow in his footsteps.
I started my career at the global management consulting firm, Kearney, where I had the incredible opportunity to lead global sales and cost transformation projects. I then spent several years as an investor at International Finance Corporation (private sector of the World Bank Group) where I invested in and advised talented entrepreneurs. Eager to solve the healthcare challenges I experienced as a woman in India, I worked on building Proactive For Her, a Series A company backed by global VCs. I led product and operations, helping scale the company to the first set of customers. I am now ready for my next entrepreneurial endeavor: to run and grow one great business. I graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and hold an MBA from Stanford Business School.
I’m a certified yoga teacher and practice mindfulness (my adventures include the 10-day silent meditation course, Vipassana). I also enjoy cooking different cuisines.

Yosselin Melgar
I was born in El Salvador and immigrated to Los Angeles, California along with my family in pursuit of our American Dream. I grew up helping my single mother run a food truck business, an experience that taught me the value of hard work and the neverending power of optimism - values that continue to guide me to this day.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor to manage talented people, lead extraordinary teams, launch new divisions, and optimize business operations. I launched my career at Cambridge Associates, an investment management firm where I led a team of finance professionals, guiding investments for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. After Cambridge, I spent several years at City National Bank further developing my leadership capabilities and business acumen, solving business expansion, HR transformation, and customer experience problems. I graduated from Kenyon College and received an MBA from Stanford Business School. Together, these experiences have given me the skills and conviction to pursue my entrepreneurial ambitions.
Outside of work, I serve on the board of an education charter network that serves children from underprivileged communities. I also like to spend my free time exploring different workout routines as well as new cities with my partner, Preston.
